Here’s my recipe!
I am a huge fan of Minor Figures’ brand and packaging and I’m so glad that these plant-based drink options are now very within reach. Being the food experimenter I am, I made some Matcha Latte using Minor Figures Oat Milk (Barista Blend).

Ingredients:
½ cup Minor Figures Oat Milk (Barista Blend)
½ tsp Matcha Powder (Any brand is good – I used Craft Tea Fox’s Uji Matcha Powder)
Milk Frother (optional) / Matcha Whisk
Hot Water
1 tbsp brown sugar
Recipe Directions:
Heat up Minor Figures Oat Milk.
Mix Matcha Powder to ¼ cup hot water.
Whisk with a matcha whisk or a normal whisk till the mixture foams.
Add oat milk to a glass cup. Pour in the matcha mixture. *remember to add ice if you prefer an iced drink!
Take some aesthetic photos.
Add sugar or natural sweetener (if needed).
Use the milk frother (optional) or a spoon to milk the mixture evenly.
There you have it – Matcha Oat Latte!
Notes:
Drink this hot or iced – either way, it tastes great!
Add a shot of espresso if you want a Coffee-Matcha fusion.
The type of Matcha Powder used is very important for the quality and taste of the drink. Consume the Matcha Powder within 1 to 2 weeks from the time purchased to retain its taste and aroma (varies by brand)!
Turn this into a Matcha Chia Seed Pudding by adding in 2 tbsp of chia seeds and leaving them in the fridge overnight.
